The King's Guards

Each year, ten individuals are given an honor and chosen to reign as a King's Guard for the St. Paul Winter Royal Family.

Coronation night marks the beginning of a adventurous and busy year! For the 10 days of Winter Carnival, the Royal Family will stay in the Saint Paul Hotel in downtown St. Paul and make numerous appearances. This is a small sample of the many activities that the family will commit to for the upcoming year including parades, coronations, appearances and activities at homeless shelters, retirement homes and schools in the area.

The family will also host various visiting royal families from out-of-state festivals during the 10 days of Winter Carnival and also attend festivals in Florida, Georgia, Wyoming, South Dakota and Winnipeg Canada throughout the year.

You will have the chance to meet thousands of people and be a part of the legacy that is the Saint Paul Winter Carnival!

Kings Guards and members of the Royal Family strive to:
